Placements

If you would like to follow a different route in volunteering outside of our projects then SCA can help you find an opportunity that is tailor-made and chosen by you. These might be local, national or international. For local and national placements you can use the links below to search by activity and area of work to find a placement that suits your needs; they are updated weekly.

Local Opportunities - provided in conjunction with Volunteering Bristol.

National Opportunities - provided in conjunction with Do-It.

International Opportunities - various opportunities through SCA, UBU and other organisations.

Many organisations that you can volunteer with have good support provided, however SCA is the Student volunteers’ link in the Union, and provides training and accreditation, support and social events! We have a full-time member of staff to help you find your placement. Once you have seen something you are interested in, contact Hayley.Lisowski@bristol.ac.uk and she will arrange your placement for you.
